Ingredients:
β’ 2 ripe bananas π
β’ 2 eggs π₯
β’ 5 tbsp melted & cooled butter π§
β’ 1 cup pumpkin puree π
β’ 1/2 cup white sugar π₯
β’ 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup π―
β’ 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour πΎ
β’ 1/2 tsp salt π§
β’ 1/2 tsp baking soda π§
β’ 1/2 tsp baking powder π₯
β’ 2 tsp cinnamon πΏ
β’ Optional: 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice π
β’ Chocolate chips or chunks π«
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) π₯. Lightly grease a 9Γ5 loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, butter, pumpkin puree, sugar, and honey until smooth. π₯£
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. πΎ
4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips π« (save a few for topping!).
5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. π
