HOW I HAVE LOST WEIGHT

•🍕🍟Eating🥗🍎

So I LOVE food, everyone does. But I was realizing how bad my addiction was. I was eating fast food multiple times every week, and eating LOTS of candy and sweets. And I was not paying attention to how much junk I was putting into my body. So I tried my hardest to have self control. Before I picked up another cookie or soda I thought “ is it worth the weight/wait?” I say weight/wait bcas the more junk you eat the more weight you gain, and the more time you spend trying to loose weight. Is it worth it? Another thing I do is drink a bottle of water right before each meal. By doing this you consume less calories, and also you get benefits of drinking lots of water if you do this before every meal. I have been limiting fast food less and less. And if I am really craving something sweet I just go with fruit. Also if you freeze grapes they literally taste like popsicles! I am proven guilty of a Dr. Peper addiction as well 😬 so again I have been limiting myself to 3 a week, then 2 a week, then 1 a week, then just drinking them occasionally. Food definitely plays a big role in your health life and you life in general.

• 🛌🎮Being Active 🏐🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Before I got my motivation to be healthier, I would literally just lay in bed all day and watch my phone if I did not have any plans. But when I was deciding to either go for a walk/run or watch TV I would think “is it worth the weight/wait?” And sometimes I would lay in bed but I would also make my self do something active. Some fun ways to be active is by learning a few new dances on TikTok, just dance, yoga from YouTube,ride horses, play baseball/ basketball with my brother, work on volleyball by myself or with friends, and many other ways. You can also go to the gym, online workout, go for a run etc. This is definitely not an easy task to accomplish but it 💯% can be done.

•✅Tips✅

* DONT starve yourself, if you do this then you won’t only loose fat but muscle as well, so say by to a ⌛️ body if you starve yourself. Also eating healthier is WAY better that starving your self. I would rather my stomach feel great then hurt from hunger.

*Make sure to drink plenty of water everyday, you will be more energized, more healthy, and you will loose fat quicker.

* DONT eat anything 2-3 hours before you go to bed. If you don’t eat your dinner 2-3 hrs before you go to bed then you will not gain weight over night, but if you do then you will gain weight over night.

*Make sure you get plenty of rest!! When you don’t get enough sleep 💤 you will find it harder to fall asleep
