1️⃣ Eat regular, consistent meals
This will ensure you’re supporting your blood sugar throughout the day. Doing so means… consistent energy, a stable mood + a calibrated appetite! A thriving metabolism relies on balanced blood sugar
To start: build meals with a protein source, complex carb source, healthy fat source + a fruit or veg
2️⃣ Do NOT over restrict your calories
This one goes to all the ladies who are KILLING themselves by trying to eat so little!
Guess what?
Over restricting your calories is NOT the answer to feeling & looking your best. This will cause you to feel incredibly restricted & lead to an unhealthy relationship food

3️⃣ Build muscle mass
More muscle mass = a faster metabolism
Building muscle won’t make you bulky. Stop fearing the weights
Weight lifting will BUILD MUSLCE. Muscle mass = your body burning more calories daily just by having more muscle on your body!
4️⃣ Stay properly hydrated
Drink about half your bodyweight in water a day & be sure to replace minerals
Add in quality salt to your water such as, Jacobsen Salt Co or Maldon sea salt, to ensure the water is getting into your cells + hydrating you!
5️⃣Get enough sleep
Simply put: if you’re not sleeping… your body cannot heal… meaning no matter how hard you’re working out or eating… you won’t see the results you want
Quality sleep IS a must
6️⃣ Heal your gut & improve digestion
Doing so will allow you to have a healthy bowel movement every day which is KEY to a thriving metabolism
Improving your digestion & gut health will reduce overall inflammation in your body!
A healthy digestive system is KEY to allowing your body to UTILIZE the NUTRIENTS from the food you’re eating
You could be eating a really good diet but if you’re not absorbing the nutrients from the food… we have a problem
And, any underlying gut dysbiosis or digestive dysfunction can significantly impact weight loss efforts!
