I need to ESCAPE from my toxic relationship!!

This is only the tip of the iceberg I swear I have so much more…

I’ve always had generalized anxiety but ever since I’ve been with this guy it’s gotten worse to the point of paranoia and hypertension. I always feel like I’m being watched or monitored, like he’s just going to show up to wherever I’m at. We are both adults (obviously) and I have to ask permission to go places and tell him with who, when, where, and when exactly I’ll be home (even if I don’t know). I can’t handle the emotional manipulation, he makes me feel like an apathetic a$$hole, I’ve tried calling him out on his behavior but it never goes anywhere and it always ends with me feeling crazy and like it’s all in my head! He’s always accusing me of things and has always been super suspicious of me straight out the gate. This is only part one out of two or three
