Step by Step In Shower Body-care Routine 🧼

🔅Cleanse the Body

start with a bar soap , followed with a gentle body wash or soap suitable for your skin type. I have dry skin so I opt for moisturizing body washes that doesn’t strip the skin but love a good lather also. If it ain’t lathering I don’t want it 😆

🔅Exfoliate (1-2 times a week)

Use a body scrub or exfoliating mitt to gently remove dead skin cells. I use an exfoliating wash cloth everyday. For scrubs I love the dove ones and occasionally the ones from tree hut

🔅Shave routine

when shaving, I use a shaving gel or cream to provide a smooth surface and prevent irritation. I exfoliate first, and use a different razor for down there and my legs/arms

🔅feminine hygiene: my favorite feminine wash is this one from good wash, it’s between $5 & $7

🔅Foot care:

If you don’t have a separate foot wash what are you doing 🤣 if extra was a person it’s me. Anyways love this one and I’ll repurchase
