The ‘777’ Rule

The 777 rule involves going on a date with your partner once a week, going away for a night or weekend together once every seven weeks and going on holiday alone together once every seven months.

The first part of the challenge seems to be the easiest, but with full schedules it can be trickier than expected! Be careful to invest your time where it counts and prioritize your relationship.

A night or a weekend away is the perfect time to recharge & reconnect without the common distractions that plague us at home. Leave your laptops, work phones & worries behind; stay present & enjoy each other’s company.

Take the vacation days, leave the kids & pets with people you trust. Use this time to unplug with your partner; some proper R&R is the perfect way to reset your internal batteries and set new goals for the next seven months.
