Don’t Miss Out On These Thailand Lip Products!

I just came back from Thailand and I absolutely love the cosmetics variety they have there! I got all these products from Eve&Boy and Beautrium which is equivalent to Thailand’s Sephora and our Guardian/Watsons (Beauty section). I did see lots of Korean products like Rom&nd, Barenbliss and Etude house but I was only interested in their Thai local beauty brands.

1) 4U2 Cosmetics

When I went to Eve&Boy and Beautrium, I was immediately attracted to 4U2 shelves as their products were so adorable and there were such a huge variety of shades for each series. Their shelves are always half empty and the saleswoman at every branch I visited were always busy stocking them.

♥️Jelly Tint Raspberry Jam

Rating: 7/10 The formula and packaging is good but I the shade is too dark for me.

It applies thinly with a gel-like tint formula and settles down with a matt velvety and powdery finish. Very interesting formula! I love the packaging, it’s super cute. Its very pigmented and stains heavily. Longevity is good but it is pretty drying on the lips. I wish I chose a lighter shade though, Raspberry Jam is very cool toned and dark, giving a vampire look. It smells very sweet too, like candy.

♥️Serum Tint Oil 12 Sweet Burgundy

Rating: 6/10 I don’t like the sweet taste and the shade is too dark for me.

It is definitely a good Tower 28 lip oil dupe and the best 4U2 lip product in the haul so far. This product is sweet and taste bitter if accidentally consume. I love the formula, hydrating and pigmented. The tint oil stains strongly but not as much as Jelly Tint. This product does not need much reapplication which I like! Shade sweet burgundy looks like red wine which is dark and vibrant. It is cool toned and suitable for fair skin people. I love the formula but this shade is too vibrant for me.

♥️Serum Tint Oil 09 Feels So Good

Rating: 8/10 Has a sweet taste I don’t like but colour and formula is 💯.

Love this shade! No words or comment. Shade 09 is very natural and suitable for everyday look. I recommend this shade over shade 12. 4U2 has a wide variety of colours in this series so definitely go checkout the testers and try each shade before u purchase!

♥️Dear Me Liquid Blush 05 Stay Strong

Rating: 10/10

The packaging of the blush is very cute and it gives Etude house vibes. I love the doe tip applicator and all you need for your cheeks is one dot as the product is very pigmented! It is very smooth and bendable and the formula sets after a few minutes. I love it!

2) Charmiss

Charmiss is very popular for their colour changing products like the translucent blush and their colour changing lip glosses. They were all out of stock! I’m so sad when I couldn’t find them anywhere. I wanted the melon lip balm so badly when I saw it online. Do check out all of Charmiss’ products when y’all visit ok! The aesthetic of this brand is going to blow you away. Best thing is their products all range from $4-8 only! Super affordable!

♥️GL01 Crush On You

Rating: 9/10 This is a must-have clear gloss to layer over your lip tint!

The packaging is so adorable. It heals the inner child in me when I see the sparkle in the formula through the pink tinted bottle. The sparkle is not very obvious when swatched but looks very shimmery in the bottle. I like how natural it looks. The formula is translucent (not colour changing), lightweight and non-sticky and similar to Rom&nd Glasting Water Gloss so it requires constant reapplication. It looks really good when layered over other lip tints. I love the scent! It smells so sweet like my childhood candy. There were many lip gloss with similar packaging from other brands but I chose Charmiss for the scent and subtle glitter!

3) Melinda

♥️Dewy Blush 04 Lychee Pudding

Rating: 10/10 Highly recommend! Their shade is so natural and buildable.

This is the renown Rare Beauty dupe! Initially I thought 4U2 liquid blush looked more like a rare beauty dupe due to the packaging but after trying out the testers, I realised the shade range for Melinda is closer to Rare Beauty blushes and hence the claims. I love their dewy blushes! They have such a wide shade range and the packaging is so bulky and satisfying to grip. It is definitely more sheer than rare beauty but this is very buildable and easy to control. The product smells like literal coconut milk.

4) Supershades

♥️Blah Blah Black Shade The Black

Rating: 10/10 Highly recommend! Very natural berry shade which is suitable for all skin tone. Good as gifts for friends and family!

The packaging is heavy and feels really expensive despite only being $6 at Beautrium! I think this is a great gift to get your besties if you visit BBK. The formula is colour changing and the final shade is a stunning berry shade that suits everyone’s skin tone. I find their colour changing shade very natural and muted as some brands tend to make their colour changing too neon pink. The formula is very lightweight and moisturising with slight minty feeling. I really recommend everyone to get this! However, this is out of stock everywhere so don’t hesitate to get it when u see it! I wanted to try their pink version but they were all sold out.

5) Dazzle Me

♥️Colour Chrome 07 Rose Blush

Rating: 5/10 It’s a pass for me as I think the formula is very mediocre and there is nothing special about this lipstick.

It does have a very waxy sweet smell which I don’t like. The colour is very nice and natural but the formula is very dry and the colour rubs off easily.

6) Baby Bright

♥️Shade 03 Sakura Talk

Rating: 0/10 Please don’t get it ok.

All Baby Bright lippies look very cute in the packaging but after you remove the colourful packaging, it looks very normal like some random lippies from capuvvini or gege bear. It’s $6+ each and honestly I don’t think it is worth it as the formula is very mediocre itself too, drying and patchy. The shade I got Sakura talk is too light and peachy on my lips so I’ll prolly use it as a liquid blush.

7) Odbo

♥️Baby Tint (Red)

Rating: 0/10 Please don’t get this too…

I saw people recommend this but personally I find the formula very sticky and unpleasant on my lips. It has a odour and bitter taste which I don’t like. Despite it looking really cute and only cost $1, I think there are better alternatives like Etude house tints. The colour is very pink and neon looking which does not look good too.

Overall, I think Thai beauty products are all of really good quality and priced very reasonable from $4-$8 each. I spent 3 hours just shopping and slowly trying out all products so do clear up some time to go Beautrium or Eve&boy for shopping! All products in my post are available in SG Shoppe but the prices are marked up by $3-5 excluding shipping. I really recommend checking out their local beauty brands if you are flying to BBK!
