Trauma Dump to Healing Dump

Sharing your private experiences online can sometimes increase feelings of hurt and make healing more difficult. But pouring your heart out to genuine friends and family can bring comfort, peace and support.

When I face tough times, I find healing when I write, listen to music, clean, cook, create, or be still.
