How to pray effectively

Did you know there is a certain way we are supposed to pray? When you pray your prayer should always have the key components of the examples in Matthew.

“Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you,”

Notice: Most of the prayer is not about you, for the lord knows why you are praying. Don’t spend most of your prayer about you. Pray for others. The main commandment is to love God and the one next to it is love your neighbor also. In order for your prayer to work you have to believe have faith and know that his will shall be done. The most high don’t listen to people who just pray because they need something, you have to actually from the heart want to love him and abide in his words.
