Olla Specialty Coffee 👋🏻☕️

We ordered a magic ($6.50), which was a double ristretto (following Melbourne’s coffee culture) and a pourover ($9).

We enjoyed the balanced notes of the magic. Despite the double ristretto supposedly making the coffee more intense, we felt that it was a very good balance of fruity notes and medium roast.

The pourover was really fruity and we could taste the berry notes in it 💯

Their coffee beans are roasted by Nylon Coffee Roasters which is another one of our favourites! 🤩

The outlet we visited was at Woodleigh Mall but they started in Clementi. We would definitely want to try out their coffee omakase — ollakase some day!!
