5 Ways to Help you Grow your relationship with God

— Start off with telling God everything, let him be the first person you tell. You may have a particular friend you call for a certain situations, but I challenge you to tell God before you tell anyone

— Test God. Whatever’s on your mind, whatever’s worrying you, whatever your current circumstances/ situation looks like; open up your Bible to a random page and be guided to read either a scripture or passage. Pray for understanding. Ask God what is He telling you in that particular moment

— Get a devotional book. Devotional books are very helpful with learning and studying the Bible. Someone has already laid out context and / or perspective of scriptures. It’s also encouragement for your day ahead.

— Fellowship with other believers. It’s essential and important to create a circle of people that are also journeying with God. I say journeying because you can have a friend of all different parts of the path, beginners and seasoned believers. Join Bible Study groups, it’ll expand your fellowship.

I’ve always knew God was real, grew up in a church, but I never started my very own relationship with Him until 2020. I knew I couldn’t take the leap of faith of moving to another city without Him. I started my pursuit in 2020 and I surrender 5 month ago I’d say. So far, I’m enjoying the learning process of it all, I’m becoming a better person at heart, my skin is glowing, and just sooo much I can speak on but I’d love to start a community of women and men. I feel like let those who have a ear here, I don’t care what’s the gender, I want to help whoever wants the help 😊 I’m also looking for my seasoned people too, it says in the Bible “ Iron Sharpens Iron “ so let’s help each other build disciples in the Kingdom
