Become a 🧚‍♀️ in aerial hoop classes for $13!?

if u’re a fan of aerial yoga, i highly recommend giving aerial hoop a try!

I started doing aerial yoga (hammock) more than a year ago and chanced upon a studio offering aerial and pole classes and decided to give it a go!

It was really fun! The instructors are really patient and nice and classes are quite small (max 8 students) so they really have time to focus on you and spot you if needed.

The only bad thing about aerial hoop is that it HURTS. You will definitely get bruises and callous while doing it so if your pain tolerance is low this might not be the best activity for you.

In terms of difficulty, I find it more challenging than the hammock as I feel that more strength is needed and the hoop wobbles around a lot so you also need to find your balance.

Nonetheless it is super fun and worth a try! The studio is also offering a 3 classes for $40 promo and you can try all the diff aerial (pole, silk, hoop etc).
