‼️ SCAMMED BY SYOUJIN WITH THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING

I thought I’d share my negative experience with Syoujin, and also to warn others as well if they are intending to do their treatments there.

I have a usual therapist who’s skilled in Japanese V Shape therapy but she was fully booked for the entire month and only available in November. I needed to get my face slimmed ASAP as I had an event in the next couple of days.

So I did my research and saw that Syoujin was running a first-time trial promotion for their Japanese V Shape Therapy at only $88. They had available slots and also had a branch near to my place as well.

I thought since they had many branches around Singapore, they would be established and reputable but boy, was I proven WRONG.

💩 WHAT WENT DOWNHILL 💩

During the entire treatment, a good 70 minutes was spent on steaming, extraction, facial massage and even a sheet mask.

LOL DID I PAY $88 FOR A MASSAGE OR A FACIAL? And how did I know that 70 minutes was spent on this? That’s because the therapist who did my face told me herself she spent 20 minutes doing the Japanese V Shape Therapy 🤡

I complained to them immediately after the session and the worst part was that Syoujin tried to justify that their techniques were different from other branches and said they always have extraction???

I AM LIKE ??? Can you all go and read your own website? Which part indicates there will be extraction involved? I had to point it out to them only for them to realise there was none being mentioned on the site.

Even if the techniques were different, how can you all admit that only 20 minutes were done for the massage when the website states it’s 90 minutes long? Isn’t this already giving the wrong impression to customers.

I also told them off even it were different techniques, there would be some pain for sure due to the bone correction and having to knead areas where there were droopy part or the removal of double chin as well.

There is DEFINITELY going to be some form of pressure and pain.

They were quite stunned and immediately kept quiet because of course, if anyone had done Japanese V Shape massage before, they would definitely kick up a fuss as well.

But the truth of the matter was, I didn’t even feel anything and I had to ask the therapist TWICE if the Japanese V Shape massage was even done because I didn’t feel any pain? LOL.

Then she tried to say I was sleeping that was why I wasn’t aware I WAS LIKE M’AAM I WAS NOT SLEEPING even though I closed my eyes. I was awake the entire 90 minutes okay don’t try to fool me.

I still had to pay the $88 which I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY about because I felt like whatever was written in the website was completely false advertising. There was no mention of any extraction whatsoever, and it should have been indicated because it was so misleading, where it felt more like a facial than a massage itself.

Moreover, there was no apology given whatsoever which really left a sour taste in my mouth. My only regret was not speaking to the manager of the branch because I had to rush off elsewhere immediately after it was done.

So yes girlies, please be careful of Syoujin as I have also heard from other friends that they have a bad rep for overselling too.
