almost got taken in by this new packaging

1. saw this high protein farmers union yogurt in the supermarket and was so happy cuz I thought I found an improved product over the yogurt I usually get!

2. left pic is the one I usually get, only 12g of protein compared to this new one which is 16g of protein per serve!

3. ...until I took a closer look at the nutritional content... one has a recommended serving size of 200g while the one I usually eat is 150g. more food = more protein duh. comparing the 100g breakdown, I feel these two are pretty much the same product with different marketing lol. the new product has a little less carbs if you're concerned with that. it's also 7kcal less per 100g. that's not a big difference for me.

luckily, the price point is similar.
