omg i was super excited that Tsujihan has made its way to Taipei! cos i remember my experience in Tokyo was a long queueing experience.

overall, i left the restaurant satisfied and full 😚

the broth with the sashimi and rice were so good! you can even ask the chef for more rice if u wish.

what i like about TSUJIHAN taipei is that they run based on reservation! so you can simply google the restaurant and select your reservation time and no. of pax.

for the price point i get that it's quite high when you compare to other chirashi bowl restaurant in Taipei. but the ingredient and the broth really makes Tsujihan experience worth every dollar.
