Guide to depuff face with Gua Sha & Jade Roller! ✨

Have you ever been struggling with a puffy face in the morning and double chin problems? Consider this your definitive guide if you're looking for more detailed instructions for the face rollers, and gua sha tools on your beauty routine!

Fyi, dermatologists and aestheticians agree that these tools deliver legit skin benefits. But I understand, the problem is, we need to know how to use jade roller and gua sha correctly in order to maximise their benefits.

When you perform these tools consistently via your face roller of choice and gua sha, they are supposed to deliver depuffing, glow-boosting benefits. Also, it just feels really nice!

My steps:

1. First I covered my t-zone using bigger rollers from my jade rollers, in an outwards motion, this helps to tighten up my skin for less wrinkles.

2. After this comes the jawline. Here, I switched to gua sha and massage my v-shape upwards that starts at the corner of my chin and goes toward my ear, repeating this all the way up to my cheekbone. This will enhance my v-shape chin and promote a less bloated face!

3. Next, I did a downward pull down massage under my double chin, starting from chin to the neck. I will repeat this step about 20 times per day.

4. To finish the routine, I used the smaller roller around my eyebags and dark circles eye zone in an upwards motion. This promotes better blood circulation around the eyes.
