make chocolate daifuku at home

hihi is me again! today I am going to share

how I make chocolate daifuku mochi ⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚ i love daifuku so much, it’s chewy and creamy 😋😋 mochi lover definitely should try this out, make it yourself at home and share it with your friends and family

100g glutinous rice flour

30g corn starch

180g milk

30g sugar

10g cocoa powder

10g oil

- mix everything together

- sift the mixture, cover with cling wrap and steam for 30 mins

- let it cool a little and divide it into 6 portion

- melt 50g whipping cream and 40g chocolate

- beat 200g whipping cream and 20g cocoa powder, mix in melted chocolate

- flatten the mochi skin, pipe in the cream, wrap it up and refrigerate it

- sift on cocoa powder before serving
