Front load your protein!!!

In 2023 we are not going to be shy about protein- especially in the morning! Having a large protein packed breakfast is going to fuel you for your day ahead!

This breakfast was a throw together whatever I have kinda day- we haven’t been grocery shopping in a week lol!

We were out of Greek yogurt (which I normally throw in my smoothies), we were out of breakfast chicken sausage so I threw in some cottage cheese, I barely had enough almond milk to make a latte and we were out of tomato and hot sauce so salsa was just going to have to do the trick.

I WAS SO SHOCKED with the macro breakdown and even more surprised as to have satisfied I felt! Not everything goes to plan and sometimes you just gotta work with what you got!
