It’s super important to eat a well rounded diet as well and get these vitamins from your FOOD, but it can be beneficial for vitamins too.

I have noticed especially since incorporating more magnesium that my PMS symptoms have decreased so much .

Started on the JS vitamin because I am looking for hair growth mostly so we will see how I like that one in a few months. I’ve only been taking it consistently for two months now.
