BANANA OATMEAL PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞 🍌
2 whole eggs
1 banana (mashed )
1/2 cup oats (blended )
1 scoop protein powder
Sweetener ( optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Mix together all of the ingredients until combined and smooth. Preheat griddle or a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray or use a bit of coconut oil. ( I sliced some bananas and I put in the pan first and then add the pancake mix on top )
Cook for 4-5 minutes on the first side or until edges start to harden and bubbles start to form on top of the pancake.
Tips :
▫️You can add some toppings ( syrup , peanut butter , fruits , granola etc )
▫️Use very ripe bananas with brown spots for optimal sweetness.
▫️Mash the bananas smooth for a smooth final texture.
▫️Blended oats for the best final texture.
▫️Sweetner and cinnamon is optimal , but helps bring out the sweetness in the banana
