All trauma is valid trauma

Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes. Just because one persons trauma doesn't look like the other doesn't mean it's not real. This is a reminder not to invalidate someone else's trauma just because it doesn't look like yours or doesn't fit the mold of what you think trauma should be.

Every person's story is unique and we have no right to judge whether or not their trauma is valid when we haven't had to go through it ourselves.
