1: egg bites ~ these are great to make at the beginning of the week, healthy and perfect for meal prepping!
My go to egg bites recipe:
-5 eggs
-¼ cup chopped onions
-5 pieces deli turkey
-⅓ cup chopped bell pepper
-1tbsp olive oil
-salt, pepper, garlic powder
Combine all ingredients & bake at 350 for 20 minutes
2: avocado toast ~ my absolute favorite thing to make! So filling and so many different ways you can put this together
Avocado toast recipe:
-wheat bread
-½ avocado
-grape tomatoes
-feta cheese
-hot honey
Optional: serve with a side salad or spinach
3: lox bagel recipe ~
-½ everything bagel
-sliced red onion
-sliced tomatoes
-everything but bagel smoked salmon
-capers
-salt & pepper
-squeeze of lemon
4: tomato eggs with rice ~ a savory breakfast item, reminds me of my childhood!
-sautee garlic and tomatoes with olive oil until softened
-add 1 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 scrambled egg
-cook on low and top with green onions and chili sauce
-serve over white rice
