Breakfast with me !
So I’m on my wellness journey, I try to hit the gym 5-6 times per week and I’m trying to gain muscle & transform my body to look my best ! 🙃 I’m gonna post my whole journey here and many more.. but let’s start with some breakfast ! First things first:
🥣 with an empty stomach I’m taking two debloat gummies before breakfast
🥣 my breakfast usually is my pre work out meal cause I like to heat the gym early so I can I have three basic meals per day
🥣 during my breakfast I drink my protein shake with oat milk or water ( this way it’s more light so it doesn’t bloat my stomach )
