I could spend HOURS in Whole Foods (that’s my version of a good time😂) I love looking at all the different brands and new products! Taste testing the new products is my guilty pleasure (I say guilty because it costs me an arm & a leg lol)
I’ve tasted a LOT and these are my favs—things I always pick up when I’m at Whole Foods. Plus, why I like the ingredients…
- Simple Mills Cookie Mix—made with almond flour and coconut sugar (so gluten free with some extra protein PLUS refined sugar free! I look for coconut sugar because it’s more nutrient dense than other sugars + it doesn’t spike your blood sugar)
- Harmless Harvest Watermelon Coconut Water—just 2 ingredients: coconut water & watermelon! No added sweeteners :)
- Honeymama’s Truffle Bars—also refined sugar free! sweetened with organic honey
- Chomps Jalapeño Beef Stick—grass fed AND finished (which means more nutrient dense!)
- Brodo Spicy Nonna Sipping Broth—bone broth is super great for gut health!
- Cappello’s Pepperoni Pizza—almond flour crust so gluten free & easy to digest🙌
- Farmers We Know Cereal—sweetened with coconut sugar…enough said!
