1. whole foods based diey 80% of the time. Meaning natural, less processed - fruits, veggies, poultry! I used lots of tasty reciepes!
2. Incresed my protein AND tracked my macros for a cut. Increasing my protein helped me with my workouts, building muscle and fueling myself properly during this time.
3. Increased movement. I took lots of walks with my pup, walked with friends and just increased my movement around the house as well!
4. Added intentional cardio - I added LISS and HIIT cardio into my routine 5 days a week!
5. Increased the weight I was lifting - working on hitting new PR's and challenging myself!
6. Spent ALOT of time self reflecting on WHO I wanted to be. Learning to love myself during this process and apperciate my own company!
