Red velvet cake recipe

Supplies

* 1 small bowl

* 1 medium bowl

* 1 large bowl

* 3 cake pans

* Sifter

* Whisk

* Mixer

Ingredients in small bowl

* 1 tsp of white vinegar

* 1 tsp of baking soda

* 1 cup butter milk

Ingredients in medium bowl

* 2 1/2 flour

* 1tablespoon cocoa powder

* 1tsp salt

Ingredients in large bowl

* 1 1/2 cups sugar

* 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

* 2 large eggs

* 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 300

2. Oil and flour pans ( don’t use cooking spray)

3. Whip items in the small bowl together

4. Shift items in the medium bowl together

5. Mix items in the large bowl together

6. Add the medium bowl into the large bowl & mix for 2 minutes

7. Add the small bowl to the large bowl mix for 2 minutes

8. Divide equally into pans

9. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes

10. Let cool before frosting
