My First Pole Dance experience

Finally took the courage to attend a Pole Dance class.

Definitely lack flexibility, mobility and dance background. But heck, I managed to pull off some moves like fireman climb and some swinging moves.

Used my Classpass to give this a try and I'm glad I did. The trainer Tracy was great! Patient and correct our form as we go along. Class definitely suitable for beginners like me. Totally enjoyed myself.
