PSA - THIS IS NOT A NORMAL DAY OF EATING.

Total calories for today came out to be roughly 1500. I am only doing this because I am on an aggressive mini cut. This means got the next 4 weeks I will be drastically cutting my calories down in a 1000 calorie deficit to lean out quickly. After completing this mini cut I will then go back to bulking for a little bit. This is okay to do only if you do it the right way. This type of dieting is only to be done if you don’t have a history of ED, and are only planning to do so for a short amount of time. Normal calories should be around 2,000 for most people.

I usually start the day with my morning coffee and then fast until around 11-12.

late breakfast/lunch: omelet with 1 egg, and 1/2 cup of egg whites. I also had an English muffin with sugar free jam.

Pre-workout snack: rice crispy treat

Dinner: baked salmon, sweet potato, and rice.

Late night snack: Robert Irvine’s fit crunch bar

This is just what has been working for me recently. I also drink a lot of water and sometimes Diet Dr Pepper. When I’m hungry drinking those usually satisfy me until I can eat again:)
