Don't Want To Repeat the Same Mistakes

Hello everyone! 🍋✨

Since I have a baby, my book club is being so quiet without any updates or activities and not even having a book of the month. But it's okay. I want to focus more on my family. But for sure my book club will make a come back!

In today's post, I would like to share 3 mistakes that I made since establishing my book club.

1. I selected too many team members for management team - I realized that the book club is small and we are not active 24-7 so I don't need too many people to manage it.

2. Too many social media platforms - We used to have Goodreads group and blog. But now we are focusing on Instagram and X. We didn't setup a TikTok account because no one can manage it.

3. Being inconsistent for book discussions - We did have book of the month every month but we always skipped the book discussoon. Sometime we had, sometimes we didn't.

I just hope I can make the book club active again this year. Because I really love the book club. ❤️
