1. Balances and nutritious breakfast
Your breakfast is what kickstarts your metabolism and gets the energy flowing through your body! Prioritize a balanced meal with carbs, protein and fats first thing in the morning.
2. Make your bed
You deserve to live in a clean space because a clean space truly creates a clear mind and allows you to be your most successful self.
3. Morning devotions/journaling
Time with Jesus is the only way to be truly successful in your day when it comes down to it! You can also spend time journaling, but spending time with Jesus sets you up to focus on things of heaven and not things of earth, and that is the truest “success”
4. Cold water before coffee
Not only gets you more hydrated, but significantly lowers your cortisol levels.
5. 10 minutes of morning sun
The transformation you can experience simply from spending time in the sun first thing in the morning will blow your mind. It sets you’d circadian rhythm, gives you energy, boosts your mood, gets your body moving, and provides so many nutrients and vitamins from the sunshine!
