Post-CNY bliss: Save this for your next spa sesh 💆🏻‍♀️

CNY celebration was fun and all… but all the socialising and feasting left me craving a serious detox and pampering session. I was so thankful for my past self for booking my spa session with Sabaai Sabaai right after my peak CNY activities - they basically fixed me up and made me feel alive again. 😭💯

I did a couple of back to back sessions which lasted almost 3 hours (yes, very much needed - self love is the best love).

This was pure sensory bliss. The therapist kneaded away tension like magic. And I don’t know what they put in their essential oil blend but it smelt amazing and almost put me to sleep. I didn’t want the massage to end. 😢

𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗮 30mins | $60

Right after the massage I stepped into the Infrared Sauna in the same room. I honestly didn’t expect much from it but I was so wrong, I had such a good sweat and I just felt healed from the inside out. My muscles felt looser, my body felt lighter, and I had a good 30 mins digital detox while I was it.

𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗸𝗶 𝗢𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵♨️ 45mins | $100

You get 45mins on your own in this room. I spent a good amount of time just closing my eyes and letting myself melt into the waters. I stepped out of the waters with a really calm mind, and felt blood flowing through my body. Just look at the picture I took after the sessions! I was all rosy and tender. 🥹

This spa experience was much needed and really gave me a good pause from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

If you're looking to treat yourself to some well deserved R&R, I highly recommend checking out @Sabaai Sabaai! I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments there and the staff there are all so warm and inviting (no hard selling!). Trust me, your body and mind will thank you!
