i’m still not where i want to be but i figured id tell you guys how i got to where i am!
diet:
🥤no more soda!!! this has made a huge difference, i love coke but i gotta cut it out of my diet!
🤔 knowing what my body needs! i learned how much protein i need, how many calories i need to be in decent deficit, and what my water intake should be!
🍽️ intuitive eating! this is a major one. *cue food noise* eat only when i’m hungry. i’m a snacker! but only eating when im actually hungry is the best way to avoid unnecessary food.
exercise:
(exercise isn’t easy for everyone… as i’ve lost weight it’s gotten easier tho! and i have a whole plan!)
🚶♀️ walking!!! just walking to class, making the decision to park farther away, getting about 8-10k steps a day is a big thing!
🏋️♀️ weights! build muscle -> burn fat *boom*
that’s all
🧘♀️ yoga and stretching!! keeping my muscles and joints and whatnot… keeping my body limber and flexible has made a lot easier with exercise in general.

synced with my apple watch, it keeps track of medications and so many other things. it also alerts me when i have heart problems.

youtube=best fitness app! bc everything is free ofc! i do so much just dance! and yoga vids too!
THINGS THAT HAVE AIDED:
💊 medications…
i have adhd, so i take vyvanse everyday to manage it. it definitely suppresses appetite and quiets food noise!
also, i have a brain condition, and take a medication for that… that ALSO has appetite suppressive side effects.
\\ i don’t recommend taking medication to lose weight without talking to your doctor first!!! for me it’s been a very positive side effect, and for some a negative one. it’s very easy to abuse medication and these things can be very dangerous!!!
