Super fast and effective back and bi workout! I didn’t want go to my regular gym today so i decided to stay home and use what i had!
🏋🏻♀️What you need:
• dumbbells or any heavy object you have at home like cans, a water bottle, ur dog (just kidding pls don’t)
…that’s pretty much it lol
TIPS:
✨Remember to squeeeeeze your shoulder blades in your back workouts as if you’re holding a pencil between them !
✨Control the movement up and down. Mind to muscle connection, focus and feel the movement!
✨Keep a neutral spine!
✨In the back workouts remember to lead with your elbows and keep them close to your body, In the bi workouts don’t swing (like i was 😵💫) try to keep your elbows still and only use your bicep for the movement !
At the end i ended with cardio - jumping rope for 13 minutes, 1 minute on 30 seconds off!
