In order to get good sleep, it’s important to RECHARGE and then UNWIND.
RECHARGE - Do things that you are passionate about. These are things that make you happy. These are things that are nourishing to your mind, body, and soul.
UNWIND - Do things that will bring you to a state of relaxation. These can be acts of self care or things that are known to make you sleepy (like cutting off bright lights and taking melatonin).
Better sleep will most likely come when you combine activities that recharge your soul and activities that help you unwind.
