Let’s dive into these 4 moves that can help you get rid of that stubborn arm & back fat, and build muscle to obtain “toned” arms.
▶️ Bicep Curls - a staple move I incorporate regularly in my routine.
🎯 Slow and steady is the best way to do these, take occasional pauses to increase muscle endurance!
▶️ Tricep Kickbacks - add these into your weekly upper body workouts to tone the back of the arms which is a common area where fat can be stored.
🎯 Squeeze when you reach extension, and again slow and steady❗️
▶️ Flies - these are great for upper back muscles and should be incorporated often.
🎯 Try a comfortable weight starting out and build up as you become comfortable. Also be sure to keep a slight bend at the elbows to avoid injury.
▶️ High pulls - These will demolish your shoulders 😮💨 but it’s so worth it!
🎯 Keep your elbows high and pointed when you pull. Feel free to add a squat on the way down for an extra challenge!
