Here’s a few things that I would recommend doing and investing in if you are new to the gym and are just starting out.

First you want to find a good split that fits your goals and needs as far as how many days a week you can go to the gym and what areas you’re looking to grow and develop the most. A popular one I’d recommend looking into is push pull legs.

Diet!! You will not see results, or definitely not as fast if you aren’t eating the right amount of calories and enough protein. If you want to loose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit, and if you are looking to gain weight and muscle you want to be in a surplus.

I would also recommend investing in good workout clothes and supplements. There’s something about a new cute workout set and a tasty pre workout drink that makes all the difference.

Lastly, make sure you take progress pics! You may not want to or feel like it now but I promise in 6 months or a year you will be happy you did.
