Tone up with these breakfast ideas

My FAV healthy high protein breakfast recipes! These have been my favorite go-to meals for years now because they’re quick, easy and SO yummy 😋 I don’t have the exact recipes for these as it changes everytime depending on how much protein / calories I need for my meal. So feel free to try these out and make them however you need to meet your calorie and macro goals! When I’m aiming for lower calorie because I’m in a cut, I’ll go for more egg whites than regular eggs and sometimes not have toast with my eggs! It totally depends on the day and my current goals at the time!
