start with a stretch/warm up 2-5 min.

forward squat 3 x 12

RDL 3 x 12

step ups 3 x 10 each side

single leg hip thrust 3 x 12 each side

hip abductions (Bands or machine) 3 x 10 each side

cable kick backs (Bands or cable machine) 3x12 each side

end with stretching 2-5 min.
