SELF CARE CHALLENGE FOR FALL🍂🤍 (daily & weekly)

When I think of fall.. I think of cozy vibes and self care. Here is a simple challenge for incorporating self care into your daily and weekly routines this fall. Feel free to tailor this routine to your preferences.

WEEKLY: Each week, let’s do things that will bring us one step closer to the best version of ourselves. These can be things like journaling and reflecting on the week, taking time to pamper yourself, trying a new hobby, baking or cooking something fun and new, spending time outdoors, unplugging from social media, etc.

DAILY: There are many easy things we can do daily to care for ourselves mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. A few ideas can be to feed yourself well, listen to an educational podcast, read a devotional book or the Bible, practice gratitude, move your body, call a loved one, etc.
