Week 1 vs Week 5!!!

Update: I have be very motivated working out everyday, trying new things and eating right since working out I no longer have the urgency to binge eat and make excuses for myself there is no going back!!! PS | I cannot give scale numbers because I know it wouldn’t benefit me I only checked my starting weight at the end of this month, I will be weighing myself again, this helps me stay focused and will help me. Keep my courage motivation!
