my favorite banana chocolate chip recipe 🍌

- Preheat oven to 425F.

- Melt 1/2 cup butter in a medium size microwave

safe bowl and let cool for 5 minutes. Add 2

mashed bananas, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 3/4 cup

yogurt, and 1/4 cup milk and mix to combine.

- In another bowl combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup

brown sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking

soda and 1/2 tsp salt.

- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients

and mix only until the batter comes together. Pour

chocolate chips in and lightly mix again.

- Line a muffin tin with 18 liners. Fill the muffins ¾ of

the way full. Place a few more chocolate chips on

top for garnish.

- Bake for 8 minutes on 425 then lower to 350 for 12
