Did I get jipped???

So I finally received a Walmart Beauty Box for the fall season🤩I was super excited especially for the range of products that you get.

My only problem:

I didn’t receive an item that I should have😕

The little booklet you get does state that if there is something you didn’t receive it’s because they picked something they thought you’d like better BUT….

I didn’t receive anything thing else in replacement to the Nyx plumping gloss.

Has anyone had similar experience❓
