Ya girl loves to eat! But I love it even better when I don't have to worry about gaining pounds and pounds from it ;) So let me share some of my favorite snacks for weight loss :)
1. Apple Slices with Almond Butter
This is a 10/10 combo because the fiber from the apple and the healthy fats from the almond butter work to keep you full and satisfied and prevent you from over snacking or unconsciously over consuming calories!
2. Mini Sushi Bites
These are super tasty AND easy put together! All you'll need is seaweed, white rice, cucumber, and sashimi grade fish like Salmon or Tuna (you can get this at any asian market) :)
3. Fruit Skewers
Not only are they super cute n aesthetic, but they're also low in calories, high in vitamins vitamins, and provide natural sugars for energy without any added sweeteners. Plus, the fiber content helps keep you full longer, thus reducing the chances of overeating!
