So nice knowing that my home state has the longest fall season! This must be why I was confused going to other places in the fall and wondering why it wasn’t as nice as PA 😅

Pennsylvania should definitely be at the top of your list to seeing fall foliage especially because of this 🤎

here are some of the best ways you can experience Pennsylvania’s beautiful fall colors👇 and be sure to go in early to mid October for the most colorful views!

Allegheny National Forest - here I recommend that you do the Longhouse National Scenic Byway, which is a driving route that will give you amazing panoramic views 🚗

Pine Creek Gorge - go hike or bike Pine Creek Valley Rail Trail! It’s a 62 mile route (you don’t have to do the whole thing) that gives amazing views 🤩

Heritage Rail Trail County Park - you can walk or bike along this trail but I recommend doing a train ride for a more unique experience 🚂 it’s called the Northern Central Railway, buy tickets online at fareharbor.com ahead of time for about $25-$33! There is a train ride specifically for viewing the fall scenery 😌
