mastering the art of “rotting”: what & how?!

so while I was listening to a recent episode of Inspired Lady, they were talking about how important mental health is in terms of rest, and one of the new, viral trends that went around recently was the idea of rotting, which basically means that you just write on the couch for a few hours, and really do a in-depth rest where you’re not even doing any self-care around that

I feel like some people might think that this is unhealthy or a version of escapism and honestly it is, but I think I kind of me that a little bit in my life because my weeks are always so heavy and task based that in order to relax Foley. It’s nice to not have to worry about a single thing so it’s really been a game changer in my life.
