Here is a good 10 minute ab workout to add to the end of your workout. Simply set a stop watch and complete each exercise for 30 seconds and then go to the next, without resting. Stop at 10 minutes or keep going if you want! I love to hit abs like this when I’m working out with a friend or group of friends because we can go back and forth and each pick an exercise for 30 seconds each.

Remember working your abs won’t give you visible abs unless you’re already at a low enough body fat percentage. The only way you’re going to see them is if you go into a caloric deficit and loose enough fat…

However this doesn’t mean that training them is useless if you aren’t at that low body fat percentage yet! Training your core is essential for whole body training. Having a strong core will help you in lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench…etc. And then if you ever decide to cut you will have strong tones abs waiting to be reveled!
