I stumbled upon these meal prep like meals this week at Whole Foods and knew I had to share! I love how affordable they are for a fresher, balanced meal (all under $15!!)
Some of the options I found:
❤️ 1. Spicy Red Pepper Salmon with couscous and spinach
🤎 2. Black Pepper Beef with jasmine rice, beef strips, black pepper sauce, and vegetables
💛 3. Pulled Pork in BBQ Sauce with mac & cheese and greens
🧡 4. Slow-Cooked Beef & Mashed Potatoes with roasted vegetables
💚 5. Vegetable Lo Mein with broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, red peppers, green cabbage, and onion
🩵 6. Turkey Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans
I definitely will gravitate towards these over fast food or takeout when I can’t cook or don’t want to! I just put mine on a plate and microwaved it for a few minutes!
