High Protein Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust 🍕
I use all organic ingredients so that it’s nice and gut friendly 🤗 You can use gluten free flour if you need to!
You are going to LOVE this one 🍕
👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp fine sea salt 🧂
Spices of choice (I did oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, onion powder, & garlic powder)
1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp ev olive oil 🫒
2 1/2 pieces mozzarella string cheese 🧀
👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms (it will seem dry at first but keep baking I promise it comes together!). Roll out onto a floured surface. Add pieces of string cheese around the edges for a cheesy crust. Add your desired pizza toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes & enjoy!
