Is he just being nice, or is he interested?

girls, how'd you interpret these signs?

majority of my male friends r already attached/not looking for a relationship, and they've never done any of these things... so Im wondering how y'all would interpret it if a male friend who's single did these things:

- naturally extroverted & leads conversations/usually kinda loud, but more toned down & gentle arnd me

- treated me to dinner, we ordered the same thing, but his came first & he insisted i take his & start eating first

- k this one sounds like pri sch drama xia.. he's a bit touchy (again, maybe that's normal but I wouldn't know cos my other guy friends aren't). i'm comfortable with it since we're friends but i don't initiate physical contact with him

anyway, i showed him smth on my phone & purposely touched his hand abit longer when i took my phone back just to see what he would do... he looked up at me and seemed pretty surprised/not sure what to do but it passed pretty quickly (idk, think im overthinking this)

- switches sides on the road so he's closer to traffic & walks me to the traffic light
