All you need is 10 minutes, simple but effective!
Equipment is not necessary you can even just find something around the house to use for the two exercises that are weighted.
TIP: Make sure to engage your core properly. This means bracing it (think pulling your belly button into your spine) and when you’re doing exercises on your back make sure there is no gap between your back and the floor, this means you’re not engaging your core and you can feel the exercises in your back instead!
Complete 3-4 rounds and take 1-2 minutes of rest in between each round! Good luck!
